It is really exciting when I have to send an order overseas. I just love knowing that there are children all over the world wearing Tutti Frutti Clothing! The easiest and most reliable service for me to use to send your packages if you are an international customer is to use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for Service. This gives me a tracking number and ensures that the parcel is fully insured for the correct about should it decide to take the scenic route to your home! International Delivery if £9 for orders up to value of £30 and £11 for larger parcels. Please note that all customs charges are payable by you.
I really hope that you love your new clothes, but if for any reason you don't please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you can.
If your item is faulty I will refund, repair or replace it - just contact me via email or the contact form and I will be happy to help. If you need to send the item back to me I will reimburse your return postage costs once I have the item back with me. I can only cover actual postage costs so do try to reuse the bag it is sent in so that you don't have to buy additional packaging.
If you want to return something for another reason please do email me and I can send you my address for you to return it. Unless the item is faulty, you are require to pay the return postage yourself. Once I have the item back I will process your refund within 14 working days.
It is important to note that if any items have been made to your child's measurements or personalised in anyway then they are exempt from my returns policy and you cannot return them unless they are faulty.
